With headquarters in Seville, an investment company specialized in the acquisition of real estate assets located in the main Andalusian cities.We have positioned ourselves in the real estate market as buyers of "off-market" assets and structuring "value-added" operations.To date, the Respira Solutions team has made investments in real estate assets for an amount more significant than € 90MM.

Our average maturation period generally ranges from 5 to 8 years.

We are experts in "off-market" operations, investing in properties at prices below market value, a high initial management component, and a perfectly-identified value increase curve.We are specialized in the investment and management of real estate assets with a strategy based on risk diversification, the development of competitive advantages through strategic alliances, and technological innovation.We directly invest up to € 5MM per real estate asset. However, we have additional investment capacity through investors seeking co-investment opportunities led by our team, which allows us to expand the size of our investments eventually.The strategy and business model of Respira Solutions are of double focus, investing in properties suitable to be leased or exploited:· · · 1st. The interests of our tenants are the center of our purchase strategy. We focus on the repositioning of our properties to make them more competitive in the market. In some cases, we adapt them to the characteristics of our tenants' activity, delivering the finished properties "turnkey" for their operation.· · · 2nd. Once leased, in the medium term, we focus on divestment, the buyer being the tenant himself, or a third party with an investor profile interested in acquiring assets with attractive profitability and solvent tenants.
